kaoz . . . think the part where the doc/nurses bochap u is quite a norm . . . what I hated most is the temperature checking (every 4 hours). It sure disrupt your sleeping order man! Bobian lar. Got SARS and bird flu thingy, of course hospitals need to step up their precautionary measures. The next hated most is the needle poking. Look at nicelegs' hairy hands, and you'll understand what I mean. It reminds me of my mum being hospitalised at CGH for diabete-related problems (rotten foot etc) . . . my heart aches. And the docs there . . . it's like you paid money to be scolded, and getting no consistent results from the doctors. The hospital is nicely built, but the system runs like sh**. Try make an appointment at 8, and you'll get to see the doctor at 12. If you go at 12, you will probably see the doc at 5. The cashier at the counter, bloody s**ty. They talked like you owe them a hundred bucks. Is that what government clinics are supposed to be? . . . sighs, cant complain much. It's better than no hospitals at all right? I was, however, glad that the doc (supposingly to be the "big doctor" or head smtg) healed my mum's foot. This is the most important conclusion made.
I pray the NUH doc could give nicelegs some hope on his spine. Think Boo can help by doing this at the temple.
