This is rather embarassing. One of my colleagues asked me about the current CPF contribution rates, and I mubbled . . . As blur as he is, I wasnt sure about the rates either!
Someone who vowed to be a HR professional and yet couldnt answer this simple question . . . hmm . . . I need to do more reading!!!!!!!!
Well, for those bakar like me, the employee's contribution rate is cap at 4,500 (applicable to me)and employer's contribution rate is cap at 13%. You can assess the website for more information.
