Fair employment practices

It says here,

"Madam Halimah Yacob, Co-chairperson of TAFEP and Assistant Secretary-General of the National Trades Union Congress said of the guidelines: "Every worker is entitled to a workplace free from discrimination, where he or she is assessed on merit and performance."

oh really?

I see firms not living up to the requirement ...
