It was a good day.
The office was quiet, except for some moments of disgusting laughter, the work environment was pretty nice. Made some zero-content conversation. Had lunch at Golden Shoe. It was a rainy afternoon. Lightning and thundering were felt. Cool ... And I ate the $2.50 mixed vege rice. Woo! I had a interesting conversation with Marina Square KFC before catching 汁猪人. And when I got home, I got to listen some oldies of the 80's on channel 5.
What is zero-content conversation? It's like well, you know so much of the content. But there is a time line, meaning there's a limitation to accessing the content. Any time you miss the mark, you miss the rest of the content. And you can talk about the content that exist in the past. Beside time line, there's a quantity issue. The amount of content that you will get depends on the level of disclosure one gets from the other. Measuring on a scale of 1 to 10, if you get 2, you stay on and talk about anything, everything, up to level 2, and up to the mark of that timeline. To summarise, there's really nothing much to talk about ....
Alone for lunch at Golden Shoe is actually not a bad idea. I dont have to queue, and I could afford a cheap and yet nice meal. Only to realise at the end of the day at 5 pm my stomach felt something . ... . It stinks!
YL is desperate for a KFC meal. We bought a set meal for two. And we dont carry a big bag to hide the food from the cinema. So I asked KFC if he happen to have a non-KFC plastic bag. He was smart. * Oh, I know where you going! Wait, let me check ... * He's really interesting. He claimed that he's in his 60's. He talked like those in Thailand, very polite and ... Ah Moi, you will know what I'm saying. We talked about it in our sms exchange. He's helpful. And he gave us a 7-eleven plastic bag. Thank god I got two newspapers on hand (My Paper). I stuff it in and camouflage a little bit.
YL was good. She talked to the person at the counter to distract her a little bit. And we happily ate KFC while watching the 汁猪人. Damn, the lemon tea is so sweet!
It was a great movie. I had nothing to comment so please read the reviews you could find on the net. I like the theme though, which they used through out the three episodes - choice. * You have a choice of doing what is right *. I like the word the 汁猪人 uses - Right. He didnt say good or bad thing. "Right" is the definition of one's perspective, and not in general opinion. The sandman demonstrates this example perfectly. And it's up to you or the viewers, or even the 汁猪人, to decide whether it's right or wrong.
And Aunt Mae gave a proper advise too. "I dont know where to start?" said Peter Parker. And Aunt Mae said, "You start by doing the hardest, and that will be forgiving yourself."
We managed to return the book to the National Library, and that's possibly the reason why we couldnt catch the 9 pm channel 8 show. That was a very interesting show. For the moment, I thought the role Wang Biren plays is so much like my wife, and Tay Benghui's role is so much like mine ... And we both injured our knee while having a ball game. What a shame! haha
We got home at 10. I remember watching the America Idol last nite. To be frank, I never watch any of the episode before. I knew it's popularity. But there was nothing attracting me until yesterday. The contestants were singing Jon Bon Jovi's songs. Damn, being a soft rocker fan, it felt good to listen the old songs again. And the contestants, they really sang fabulous. Bon Jovi also performed live with his new song debut. And it reminds me of Snow Patrol's song. The way the music was written, it's just so much similar.
I cant wait to go back and play some Bon Jovi's songs man.
* This aint a love song * .......
