Exercise Resume

Hello people! After Superman is down, the man of tofu has decided to rebuild himself again by going to the gym and workout and sweat!

I skipped basketball on Monday. Wife took leave and stayed home, think she probably too sad about the loss of her favourite pink pouch cum handphone. I bought for her as an advanced birthday gift. Our M1 one-plus-one contract was up early this year, and she's like waited dont know for how many months eagerly the pink Nokia 6111 limited edition handset. However, never did she expect that just within a split of a second she realised it was gone. F**k the person who took it away. Luckily I didnt pay the phone by instalment. Otherwise, I will be paying for that f**ker's the phone. F**k the f**ker who got the phone away. And f**k S&S. The place got the cctv. So what? It never fulfil the cctv function at all. Meaning, it cant replay what's being captured over at the pay-counter. F**k the S&S security system. It's like you having a pistol in your hands but the pistols fail to fire away. F**k all of them.

Think she felt bad about it. She cooked dinner for me. It's ... erm ... hee ... it's the seond time she cooked dinner for me at home. oh, well done ... she used a expired gong bao sauce to cook the chicken, and it taste sourish ... but the soup is nice. I had soup and rice. haha

Yeah after dinner, I went into the studyroom and tried to fix the pc. Huat returned me the $1,500 worth PC on Saturday and I'm trying to fix the wirings and transfering of data. FYI, the pc now only worth less than 750 bucks. F**k the IT market. Turnaround so quick!

Oh half way through fixing the pc we went to the gym. Yeah I did 30 push-ups. I heard push-ups can make nehs big! No wonder Ah Boo nehs big! hee ... Yeah lift some weights. I chose the lifts written with "6", or "9" - dont know which is which. Remember? I saw Lebron working out in gym in ESPN advertisement. I just keep staring at myself in the mirror and bio my bicep as I lift them perpendicularly. hmm ... today my muscle a bit tight ... Also did 20 <>

Well, goodnite people. Think I need to wait for a while to get my K750i. Very leong these days ... Coming up is Rendang.
