Zoe.

A note from Paul,

My family and I are relocating unexpectedly back to Australia in a few weeks time, and for a number of reasons we are not able to take Zoe with us. We never expected to be in this position with our own dog and are quite upset about this as you can imagine, but have been unable to find a way to take her back to our Aus home with us (the building management there outlawed all animals recently).

We are now hoping to be able to find a loving home for Zoe before we leave Singapore in a few weeks time.

Zoe is a 3.5 year old sterilised female beagle, micro-chipped and up to date with her vaccinations. We have had Zoe since she was a puppy, and she spent the first year living with us in a condo where she became toilet trained and was walked 2-3 times daily. For the last 18 months she has lived outdoors in a large garden, but loves to come inside in the evenings and cuddle up once the babies have been put to bed! She is surrounded by other neighbouring dogs where we live, but rarely barks.

Zoe is a loving and loyal dog, but she can be quite boisterous and excitable. For this reason it is our hope we can find a home for her with owners willing to spend some time walking her each day and helping to release some of that energy! Zoe has completed basic obedience training but can be difficult to heel on walking when her nose takes over. We figured that she might grow out of her youthful exuberance after a couple of years but it is clearly in her nature, so she would be better suited to a family looking for an active dog.

Attached is a picture of Zoe taken today. My wife and I are home all day during the week at our house in Katong, and would be happy to show Zoe to any interested families. Any help you can offer in finding a happy home for Zoe will be gratefully received.

Interested parties please leave me a note. You know how to reach me ...
