It's indeed surprising that the Nuggets got Allen Iverson. Knowing that they already have Carmelo Anthony as a proven-to-be scorer, why do they need another scorer? I think NBA teams need to understand that defense is what it takes to win a championship title. Or, perhaps this is just for boosting the arena's sales . . .
Lamar Odom has been out for two games and it will probably stretch till Jan 2007. Well, it's time for Kobe and the rest of the Lakers to step up. Lama and the lakers won some games without Kobe, and it's Kobe's turn to win games without the injured star. Points to note, they had since lost two games in a row, both to the Eastern Conference teams. Wondering what's wrong with them . . .
