The story begins . .

Well, did you notice there're no fishes inside the tank? Probably the photo is too small for you to see anything but I'm sure the planted tank is visible.

The previous blog is dedicated to DJ who donated the tank to me. John, YL and myself went together to his house and collected it. So once again, thanks to John. Wow he's strong man! Probably stronger than muscleman . . .

The effort wasted lar. Slumperman is no superman, and while he attempted to carry the tank all by himself 1) from bedroom to washroom to wash the tank 2) from washroom to the bedroom 3) from the floor up to the tank, somehow, I believe, accidentally bang it and caused a crack. That was an expensive mistake. Here's the breakdown,

1. 3 ft tank replacement from sagon street - $68 + 20 transport
2. water plants worth $10
3. 3 ft X 16 inch X 1.5 ft gallons of water loss
4. $?? for disposal of tank

Considered even more dui when I found out my basketball kaki, ah Ngeow (Zili), is a fish lover and had two 3 ft tanks to be given away! What the . . . . fumes coming out from my head . . . .

ok lar on a separate note, the tank I purchased is a second-hand tank, but it's 2 ft tall. A new one would have cost $178 (according to William Wong). Cool off cool off . . . .

Now given that the tank is conditioned, I need to let it run for 3 days before the tank mates can be introduced. For fengshui reasons I have placed it in the centre of the living room. You will be able to see the tank when the main entrance door is opened.

Last Saturday I got 7 discuses from one of the forum kakis at FOC. One didnt make it. Shall post the photo when I'm free.

Yesterday I just ordered a luohan. It has the look of a monkey head. Shall post the photo when ready.

Still wondering if I should take Ngeow's 3 ft tank. What a pleasure to have, with one dragon below, luohan on top, and tropical fishes in the middle. But that would make the tank too tall, and this is no go for fengshui leh. heh since when I'm into this thing ah haha

The next few days will be busy. Captain's big day is this Friday. Wondering if everything goes well for The boy on the moon in her sister's wedding. I know Tom Cruise went well as reported on the news. It was at . . . . I think Rome church if I'm not wrong . . . .
