Exercise Resume Again

Hello people

It's workout time. Woke up 9 in the morning and patiently waiting for WS and his bro to come by for gym session. We started working out at about 9.30, then went for a short dip in the pool before going for a 15-min sauna session. We've been living here like close to a year and yet, it's the first time using the sauna facility. Damn, it was shiok! What can I say, I learnt proper way of lifting weights, be weary of the techniques so as not to injure yourself easily. WS is quite a 'instructor' I would say. Anyone needs a gym trainer pls send me an email. He could freelance, I guess. By the way, I dont know his bro's name ... but he do have a great hunk-to-be body.

We tried the oishi pizzas - one for one promo. 29.90 includes delivery. Taste not better, but a bit different. Call them and try.

Slept for the whole afternoon. Sounds like a pig huh? Watched a DVD alone, called the Four Brothers. Not bad not bad ...

Just finished dinner and pool with wife. Well, qie her 5-1. Scored an own goal deliberately, otherwise, she will be very bored playing with me . . .

For Christ's sake, yesterday I spent about 100 odds at Qianhu and purchase some fish tank accessories and new fishes. Brought my mother along to view their fishes. Wow, their luo han and jinglong are magnificant! How I wish to keep one of them. I not that expert yet ... Thanks to WS, who brought us there and guided the way. Oh, his dad a hiscus fan.

Will be trying out the external bio filter system at the Punggol tank and hope it works. I got myself a small external filter for the smaller tank. The water looks clearer and much more cleaner. Less sh**. I dont care, I vow to let the angels survive and live longer with me!
