That's it, for Kobe Bryant and the Los Angeles Lakers. I didnt watch the game, so no comments. But reading from the recap, I can tell the Lakers were playing hard. And they were desperate.
At least they were not swept. They still manage to win by one.
I thought he could have contributed a bit more. I was expecting his scoring to go up like what he did during the regular season. Getting the team-mates to involve already failed to produce results in last year's playoff, so there's no point getting the whole team to score against The Suns. And one extra point to note, they were pounded by injuries, and their defense sucks big time.
Next year, Lakers. When you got all your healthy players back, please, play some consistence defense.
Look at the Nuggets. They thought they could perhaps go further by acquiring all-star Allen Iverson. They still, stuck in the first round of the playoffs for the third consecutive year.
And you look at the Spurs, who ousted the Nuggets. They have two players on the NBA All Defensive Team. The difference?
GO Suns GO!
